What is Gingivitis?
Gingivitis refers to a chronic inflammation and bacterial infectionof the gum tissue surrounding your teeth. It is commonly the early stage of gum disease or periodontal disease which can lead to serious conditions. Gum disease is one of the top causes of tooth loss among adults andin more serious cases, has also been linked to diabetes, heart attacks and strokes.
What are the symptoms of gingivitis?
